Fort Bend County's Community Band
We are a band of musicians
from the community, who play for the community. Our goal is to
bring musicians together who would like to join us in this enjoyable
endeavor.
We perform our own style of bluegrass, country and old-time
music at Brazos Bend State Park on the first Saturday of
October through April.
Swinging Door Practices
Thanks to the hospitality of
owner, Steve Onstad, we practice most Thursday's in the back dance hall at the
Swinging Door Restaurant. Check the Brazos River Picker's
Calendar for our most recent Swinging Door schedule. We
recommend you give the Swinging Door a call or keep an eye on the website before
you head out as practice schedules are subject to last minute changes.
